I certainly hope that you are correct. Poor girl did not deserve that. -
Anyone with experience of Finasteride for prostate BPH?
Tropicalevo replied to simon43's topic in Health and Medicine
To the OP - I have an enlarged prostate and very high PSA level. I took the Finasteride for a couple of years and the PSA level dropped dramatically. BUT the prostate carried on growing. Doc said that the Finasteride was probably just hitting the symptom - not the problem, so I stopped taking it. PS - I already have a very good crop of grey hair. -
“Pragmatism” will clash with “idealism” in Thai elections

“Pragmatism” will clash with “idealism” in Thai elections Sorry. That is a silly concept. In elections in Thailand, money conquers all. -

No need to go in person as long as your 'house master' has reported you and you have the print out. -
Could be that he is now a permanent fixture. There are enough of us around now and we are all getting older. The last time that I saw a cardio specialist was some years ago and they flew him in for three days. Again, when I had a severe lung infection a few years back, they flew in an interventional specialist from Bangkok Phuket to 'drain' me.

Looking for stone/concrete patio umbrella stand

Thank you khunPer. I will go for a little scoot around when I have a moment. I do not head in that direction very often and when I do I am too busy watching the damm traffic. -
Which is why I posted the original post. Their billing system is probably one of the best in SE Asia - along with the most expensive meds. Having been a customer of the one in Samui for more than 15 years, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive excellent treatment AND a very reasonable bill.

Yes. And I have seen the cardiologist at Bangkok Samui as well as the urologist. For the last 8 years or so. They too have signs on their doors saying what they are and they fly in for regular sessions on an appointment basis. I have also seen the same doctors in their 'base' hospitals in Bangkok - when their appointment times did not suit. As well as when I needed an MRI and also when I needed a biopsy. These could not be done on Samui. These specialists are not based on Samui. They are 'helicopter' doctors.

It has only been open a month (or less). Does any hospital here have a cardiologist permanently on site? Bangkok Samui only brings in specialists 'on demand'. Wattanapat cannot do cataract surgery yet either. Specialists will take a while I guess. I think that their target audience at the moment is GP stuff and road carnage.

I was led to believe that this is a natural phenomenon. Dead algae.

Windows 11 was pre-installed on my new laptop. (Back up for travelling.) It was clunky to use in the beginning. (Smaller icons and slightly different, weird colours. I have a large screen next to a desk top with another large screen W 10 - the colours are definitely 'off' on W 11.) I have not found it to be quicker or better in any way BUT I am a basic user. Just Open office, Adobe Acrobat and emails

These folk used to be on Koh Samui before they moved to Chiang Mai. Very good service. I really miss them,
