I have stopped using my credit card, because I do not know if the system is safe. There is no guarantee that the systems have not already been hacked. If they can get to Target and Niemon Marcos in the States, why should I feel that the hotels or shopping centers are safe.

If you are at a demonstration, and all of a sudden there are no police, prepare to die, the reds are coming! Actions like this caused the military to step to take action in 2006 and 2010. The military has sworn allegiance to country and King, not to a political party.

BANGKOK: -- A man who dressed in a black T-shirt and wore a Thai national flag wristband of the anti-government People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) was shot dead and his body left on a road near Wat Samien-naree temple in Prachachuen area this morning.
Why not tell it like it is, he was MURDERED? Shot dead does not is an over use of words. Keep it simple and to the point.

The dreaded third hand, or the Men in Black.

Let's hope this will not set a precedent for an eye for an eye hatred. Because if so there will be much blood flowing. If the police cannot keep the situation safe then perhaps the army can.
This is what happened in 2006 and 2010.

You're either not good at math or a liar.

The Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), meanwhile, is ready to aid the suffering farmers by extending their credit limit.
This is interesting, BAAC is a government owned bank, the government owes money to the farmers and is month behind in paying the outstanding debt. So, is the government insolvent? The bank, received the money from the government and pays the farmers. Government no money, bank no money, farmers no money, so the BAAC will extend the credit limit of the farmers, thereby putting the farmers deeper in debt, The farmers have no money to pay the money they owe, since they put their land up as collateral for the loan, does the farmer lose his land.

Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance, (PPPPPP). Our leaders in the government, knows where the money went. We all know it did not go to the farmers. Was the rice pledging to support the farmers, or to put more money into the pockets of politicians and their supporters? Was the pledges made by the PTP a form of vote buying?

Since we will have a State of Emergency for 60 days, do that indicate that the election will be delayed? With a state of Emergency there can not be any large gatherings, so how can politicians get out to see the people? How can they have the large party functions, to issue 500 Baht encouragement for the voters to get out and vote.

Could this be part of the cargo, which was on that aircraft a few years ago? Where did all those weapons and explosives go?

With the strengthening of the Baht and the decrease in the price of Brent Crude, will PTT lower the price of fuel at the pumps? Or will they wait for it to increase again and raise the price? Must take care of the investors living in the Middle East.
price decrease yesterday...
Good, thanks for the update. Have not seen it at the pump.

Should not dress in black, and carry weapons.

Disgusting and should be condemned at the highest level in government but is unlikely to be so.
The reds have previous for this as in calling on supporters to detain any judges of the Constitutional Court they saw. YL didn't say much about that only that the reds had the right to protest around the court as long as they didn't break the law. Clearly inciting abduction is acceptable and what about the dead or alive bit ?
Since the ruling Phue Thai Party, is made up of members of the UDD, and the PM has said nothing, does this indicate that the PM supports the Kidnapping and killing of children? What does K. Tida have to say about this? These gangsters are worse that the Mafia. This type of activities would not happen in any other country in South East Asia, except for maybe Cambodia. Is DSI investigating such criminal activities?

The SRT must have set a new Guinness book of record for the most derailments on a government controlled RR.

There is no possibility of a mistake with EOD. If you make a mistake you die. These guys do not get paid enough for the work they do. The better the terrorist gets, the more work for EOD. If you see a person with an EOD badge, thank them.

The many comments on here about the "amart" and the "elite" are shot out of the water now.
The rubber farmers, the students, government workers, civil servants, many workers organisations and unions and now rice farmers are all on the offensive with the government
You also forgot the senior citizens, which have not received their monthly tuppence for five months. The money went into someones pocket,

Why not, Obama, and ale Gore got one. Just because a politician has a Nobel Prize, means nothing. They did not earn it.

BANGKOK: -- The Tourist Police want the government to add 2,000 new officers to the force to secure their role in meeting the country's tourism-revenue target of Bt2.2 trillion by next year.
I do not understand this statement. By adding an additional 2000 Tourist Police, will assist the government meet their tourism-revenue target of Bt2.2 trillion by year end. Is this an indication that the tourist police will increas the amount of money extorted from tourist?
Human Rights Watch calls on Thai protesters to cease obstruction of voting

Brad Adams, needs to look at the past five elections in Thailand. How many of these democratic elections were thrown out because of fraud, voter intimidation and vote buying. Two of the political parties , which won the elections were later devolved by the court for corruption, and all these parties were funded by a convicted criminal. Brad, you should go see a doctor, you are coming down with the corrupt politics disease, which is highly contagious and is spread by the people you associate with.
