You have the facts wrong. The claims come from fellow National Guardsman. And he had advance notice of the coming deployment, so he bailed. Minnesota National Guard confirms VP nominee Tim Walz demoted, calling into question official bio

You've missed the point. The knocking is about his lying about his rank at retirement. Otherwise, it's a mere dispute with ignorant, bickering posters trying to claim it wasn't a lie, because.

Lookin' in all the wrong places as usual. He did. But, by early 2005, Walz's battalion was ordered to mobilize for an active duty deployment to Iraq. Shortly after, in May 2005, Walz "quit, leaving the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion and its Soldiers hanging --https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/past-criticisms-vp-nominee-tim-walzs-retirement-military-resurface

Not closed the way you desperately WANT it to be closed. You oh-so-carefully omitted the rest of the quote: "He retired as a master sergeant in 2005 for benefit purposes because he did not complete additional coursework at the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy," she added. The two retired Command Sergeants Major in the guard confirm: According to the letter, Minnesota Governor Walz was selected in 2004 to serve as the Command Sergeant Major of the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion and by September of that year Walz was conditionally promoted to the rank. CONDITIONALLY. Never met the requirements, achieving only the title temporarily, contingent upon completing ALL the requirements. Doesn't sound as if he needed much longer to complete them, and then he would have retired with more benefits, BUT the deployment was coming up, so he just HAD to bail out. But then he LIED anyway on the Minnesota website that he'd retired as a command master sergeant. The National Guard says he DIDN'T. Stolen valor. AND he knew well in advance about the coming deployment and bailed out like a coward before it actually happened. Seems you should be pretty clear on what the reality of the situation was now so that you can stop spreading disinformation.

The latest hysteria spread by Biden and the fake news you've sucked up. Anything so they can get elected.

Disinformation. He was merely a temporary command master sergeant. He didn't complete the course work required to be a REAL command master sergeant, which he never was. Not at all the same thing, and NOT a quibble. He retired as master sergeant, as the Guard confirms. Then we have his lying, which you're ignoring, 'cause you need to believe the lie. And then we have his knowledge in advance about the coming deployment in time to bail out that you've been spreading disinformation about.

Temporarily, contingent upon fulfilling the requirements. He didn't, because he bailed, so was demoted to master sergeant. Then he continued to lie that he had retired as a command sergeant major--so engaging in stolen valor. No, stolen valor's not good enough for me. You? <SNIP! Off-topic attempt at derailment> Already given it a couple of times. Try to pay attention. Minnesota National Guard confirms VP nominee Tim Walz demoted, calling into question official bio

But he got the notice about the coming deployment early in the year, so he merely got out in time before the actual mobilization. You were, then you were informed, and now keep repeating your misinformation, loving it so much.
-
Because the order to mobilize for active duty in Iraq came early in 2005. He knew months before and made sure to leave before his unit did, even though he had to forfeit his title of command sergeant major, while always lying that he'd kept it. Not the least need to be psychic. Story still stands.

That, after daring Vance to "say that to my face." Not much longer before she runs out of runway.

A satire: Tim Walz Backs Out Of VP Nomination After Learning VPs Sometimes Have To Deploy To Dangerous Places Overseas

No, Biden's suffering from dementia, as personal interviewers have surmised. He had his chance for any size audience he wished at the debate, town hall if desired. Kamala's simply incoherent and not very bright. This WAS widely recognized but now that she's all they got, she's being furiously reinvented, while hidden so's not so spoil the media illusion.

"Fellow soldier" knows nothing, merely a suck up. Gov. Walz's biography boasts a higher National Guard rank than he retired with after he was automatically demoted for failing to fulfill obligations of his promotion. He also bailed out on his unit before deployment in Iraq. --Minnesota National Guard confirms VP nominee Tim Walz demoted, calling into question official bio

Hilarious. Roll with it.

Plan B:

Yup, in the Islamic State of Minnesota, Walz has to give the most love to the Somalis. As Somali Gangs Waged War and Trafficked Children In Minnesota, Tim Walz Asked for More Somali Refugees Whatta dud. Vance quite rightly calls Harris/Waltz a good tag team.

Thought I'd come back and give you some credit, which should be refreshing around here. I decided it's not much more trouble to pay attention to the pour while I'm standing at the counter preparing breakfast anyway. I'd of course known about this, but was too lazy to do it. So I've started doing so w/ my measuring cup, and the coffee does taste significantly better. I probably won't bother if I just make a quick cuppa during the day.

My numbers have all been good since age 30 up to now at 75. Did a lot of running, whole foods, high fiber. Got into low carb about 15 years ago after reading Gary Taubes. I also read Doug McGuff's Body By Science about 5 years ago and changed my fitness regimen to a less-is-more approach, saving a lot of time and wear and tear on the joints, from Arthur Jones/Mike Mentzer/Ken Hutchens. P. D. Mangan is a current well-known trainer (not bodybuilder) following the approach. And reading the evidence in favor of intervals over traditional cardio, I just do a few interval sessions of 10 min each a few times a week. So I stay quite fit. I suggest you read Steve Maxwell's Dear Over-45 Trainee…. Knows exactly what he's talking about. Has some good videos on youtube, some with training, others philosophical. I have his book on functional isometrics, using timed static contractions, and it's been quite useful at times.
