Must Read British men's assault complaint awaited by Pattaya police
BigStar replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
You thought wrong. Thai law defines prostitution and sex work differently, though extremely few posters are aware of it and so make fatuous claims constantly. Exchanging sex for money is quite legal, just as it is elsewhere. Who said anything about "on the bar premises?" False assumption. It means what it said. Charge disputed, bill unpaid.- 163 replies

Maybe wanted back in the UK. Overstay? Or figured they got what they deserved? Looks like the Business Security Act is it. Meanwhile, there is something in place to help ensure tourist louts pay their bills and avoid hitting Thai security gurads in aggressive confrontations. It was 3 vs 3, wasn't it? And the foreigners had counted on their bigger penises. The Thais defintely more than equalized the size advantage.

Apology from Pattaya Pub Guards after Assault on Tourists

You probably didn't notice, but the USA has become extremely corrupt in the last couple of decades. It's merely a different kind of corruption, leading to the vast increase of violence you also haven't noticed. Actually most never hear about the true number of violent cases in the USA because it's suppressed by legacy media organizations in bed with the political left, who don't want to lose votes and donations. It also never gets to the US daily, which is why you've remained clueless. -

However, incidents have always been occurring on Walking St. Brits on WS And there's been more police presence. I assume conditions changed on Soi 6 to warrant more enforcers. -

Nonesense. The farang in the doctor-kicking case wasn't charged until the victim decided to press charges. Enough with the silly bashing. -

Further creation of rumor by one of our "just the facts, ma'am" posters often deluding himself with self-congratulations over his strictly evidence-based summaries. -

Guess I missed something. Wasn't it three Brits against three (smaller) Thais? What about the much-touted difference in penis sizes? -

You don't need to kick a corpse after all. You seem clueless, so here are some vids to watch (we demand vids and photos if one of our lads is accused) of random violence in the USA: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=random+violence+usa -

Knowing anything has never, ever been a prerequisite for posting here. And we're constantly hearing spurious claims to Authority based on this or that BS "qualification." Just hot air. -

. . . Mr. Yasilyev fell and hit his head on the hard ground service, suffering serious injuries. Pattaya rescue and medical teams tried to save Mr. Yasilyev’s life but he later died at a local hospital. --https://thepattayanews.com/2024/05/27/british-expat-arrested-for-punching-and-killing-russian-man-in-pattaya-after-victim-allegedly-sexually-harasses-his-wife/ Perhaps the difference is the Russian died? Whereas in the pub case, we're simply lying about the supposed death of one of our lads so we can enjoy talking our usual <deleted> about Thais. Meanwhile, the Brit louts walked away after their beating and haven't filed any complaint w/ the police. They probably figure justice was served for trying to run out on a bill and immediately creating a confrontation with verbal and physical aggression, even striking one of the security guards first: Krisana admitted that the altercation began when one of the tourists, sporting a white shirt, struck him first, causing an injury that required six stitches. But in the Russian case, after all, we don't like Russians and figure our lad was entirely justified in taking out that scum permanently. Should be awarded an OBE, come down to it. Free the bugger! -
A deflection. The principle you demand loudly ad nauseam for any suggestion of farang guilt vs a Thai victim--demanding definitive, irrefutable, absolute evidence BEFORE any judgment is made--you hypocritically don't apply in the reverse case of possible Thai guilt. The latter you accept w/o that definitive, irrefutable, absolute evidence and even make up stuff to explain reasons for the guilt. Why is that, except just bigotry? Exactly the above. W/o going back thru all your tedious posts on the topic made before all the vids surfaced, the specific point I addressed was your judgment, w/o the slightest shred of evidence, about drug use by the Thai, to pile on the guilt.

Anyone reccomend a decent / legit antivurus program?

And as I said, -
No, you do. One in which absolute, irrefutable proof is demanded when any farang accused of something, as in the kicking of the Thai doctor. You write numerous posts arguing innocent until proven guilty! The other in which you hypocritically may accuse Thais of whatever and believe any rumor without applying any such standards. Why is that, except out of mere bigotry? And you've been diligently ignoring my point, 'cause you know it's true.

Sorry, a poster of your hard-nosed skepticism always demands clear and irrefutable evidence before making any accusations. Unless perhaps against Thais? You, now, can't just "judge by behavior" Mr. Ice has any penchant for illegal substance. No, you absolutely MUST see a video of him actually consuming it. Then you can make that accusation.

But we don't like any talk of attracting the big spending quality tourists who drive up prices of stuff. And the thought of tightening visa/extension requirements always causes screams, teeth gnashing, and soiled knickers. If only we could figure out how to screen out the hooligans and admit only the sort of Brit not likely to engage in thuggery. Here's what we want:
