  1. Seems like this anti trans society guy and his followers are the woke ones. Getting so upset about an image on a van. ???? What next...nake a fuss about a picture of a man with long hair or a woman wearing trousers? I hope they stay true to their word and stay out od the coffee shops. Other customers don't want to have people like that sitting next sitting next to them whole they enjoy their coffee.. These people should not get any support. If they are anti trans you can bet they are anti gay, anti immigrant, anti Muslim and racist to boot.
  2. But that's not a public space is it. It's someone private property that they allow people in to eat. It's not the same as being outside on the street of beach.
  3. Yes. Let's try punching a Thai man in the face and see if a farang only has be pay 1000 Baht. ???? Any volunteers to go first?
  4. What... The female equivalent to him..... Your average 50 year old German woman?
  5. I don't know about trees...but some palms do well. The yellow Areca palm grows really well indoors and looks loveky. Same with the lady palm. They don't need much water or direct sunlight and grow slowly indoors.
  6. What sad, misguided and lonely lives some of these people must be leading.
  7. Maybe she should have shown more diligence and not been walking through a place where people were flying planes, not looking where she was going or what was going on around her while playing games on her phone.
  8. Leave them alone. They don't deserve to be locked up in these disgusting farms. They are native to Thailand and part of nature. They are less dangerous to people than traffic or street dogs. At least if they catch the in residential areas they could release them into the national parks
  9. Same with us. We never buy milk..not done for years. I fact we are virtually zero dairy. The good cheese is imported and so overpriced so I won't buy it. The normal processed cheese is disgusting...may as well eat melted plastic. I think the only time I eat cheese is if I eat.a pizza at an Italian restaurant...which is no more that twice a year.
  10. Because it's always the foreigners fault....Thai people would never dream of doing anything bad.
  11. Hope your dog will be OK. I the meantime try feeding him several small meals a day rather than on or two normal sized portions.
  12. This exact same thing happened to a friend of mine in Chiang Mai. They basically told him he was seriously ill with complex heart problems and could actually have a heart attack and die any moment and he was immediately admitted to the hospital. It was a very upsetting time and he was hooked up to machines and family stayed with him. Turned out there was nothing wrong!... Well apart from the massive hospital bill for his care and the specialist surgeon brought up from Bangkok.
  13. Send the immigration bus around tomorrow to load up the lot and send them off to Rwanda. They are not even British. They are German immigrants who sneakily changed their family name to hide the fact after the war. Entitled usuelsss idiots most of them....
  14. At least you are honest, but this list makes you sound like a creepy perverted old sexual predator.
  15. 1. Thai food...particularly the Northern food. 2. Easy to casually socialise with friendly Thai people who don't want to get into heated debates or arguments in every conversation. 3. Lack of petty nosey complaining winging neighbours. 4. A lot more freedom in day to day life activities. 5. Smiling, good looking people (more than my home country).
  16. 1. The heat combined with the air pollution in Chiang Mai in the 'pollution season' . 2. Overpricesd and dubious quality versions of western food at so called French or Italian restaurants. 3. Noise from base music speakers from neighbours. 4. Stupid wanna be hiso expats that think they are the bees knees...trying to impress their fellow expats with their tall tails of how much money they have or how successful they are...all the while wearing cheap clothes and driving about in old cars. Lol 5. Mosquitoes
  17. Really....oh my goodness....what country do you come from where the pizzas are worse than Thailand?
  18. Nice of the current government to give King Charles a pay increase from 86 million to 125 million, while constancy cutting poor and disabled people's benifits as poverty increase and people are forced to use food banks to survive. As usual taking money off the poor to give to the rich. You can not think this current government is good for the UK.
  19. Yes. It was stolen illegally off them. It's fair enough to say sorry and give them it back. I'm sure they EU let the other nationalities stay there.
  20. Hand the country back over to them totally. It's their county.
  21. Op why on earth doesn't your wife have a job? Is she lazy and does not want to get a job? She must be very bored and not have much self worth if she is just a kept woman.. She does not even have children to care for. What's she doing all day when you are at work? I suspect she is just wanting you to build her a house..for her own reasons...and playing the old sob sorry of being bullied by her family so you feel sorry for her and cave in.
