antifa are white supremacist's? Well, that explains who the most violent domestic terrorists are. Oh yeah, antifa and those domestic terrorists moms at a PTA meeting at the local school! May 20, 2022 US House Judiciary Republicans: DOJ labeled dozens of parents as terrorist threatsU.S. House Judiciary Republicans led by U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) released a statement on May 11 indicating they had sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland regarding his Oct. 2021 memorandum directing the targeting of parents by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). “This is about intimidation. This is about chilling free speech,” Jordan said at a hearing held the same day the letter was released. Garland’s memorandum was prompted by a letter to President Joe Biden by the National School Boards Association (NSBA). That letter drew comparisons between parents protesting actions by their local school boards to “domestic terrorism.”

It was about a 15-20 minute walk. I was at the hospital because my left knew was swollen and was painful. X-ray didn't show any damage and I wasn't in Thailand long enough to be scheduled for an MRI. After getting an appointment here in the U.S. of A. with an orthopedic doctor, having x-rays at his office with no evidence of injury I was finally able to get an MRI done. A torn meniscus was found in my left knee. Same knee that had a torn or ruptured bursa, over 10 years ago, can't remember what exactly. If not for my knee, I will take your word for how long it would take to walk there. In the past I could walk between 3.5 and 4 miles an hour if I was in a hurry. Not so fast now.

My Thai wife, here in the U.S. of A. figured out how to use an oven on her own. She bakes hams, turkeys, pizza (who can't?) brownies, cupcakes, cakes, and several other foods that requires ovens to cook in. Wife is also a very good Thai food cook. In many ways my wife is a better cook than her sister, who also cooks up western meals for her husband (more than my wife does for me), bakes stuff in her oven but likes using a hot air cooker, and is also a good Thai cook.

You mean like democrats saying (in an email to me) Republicans are a bunch of overgrown schoolyard bullies. Our constituents shouldn’t have to suffer because Republicans want to act like children. This pettiness needs to end. I was there ready to ask questions on nuclear non-proliferation and US support for our democratic allies in Europe. Or this from January 2023. Didn't happen did it? Note the "terrorists" claim. Who let potential terrorist's into the U.S. unvetted? MAGA Republicans in the U.S. House are planning a US government shutdown to force President Biden to destroy essential programs like Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans benefits, public schools, college loans, and climate jobs. President Biden will not give in to these MAGA terrorist demands, so the United States will default on its bonds, triggering an economic meltdown. Stock markets will collapse, wiping out pension funds, 501ks, and IRAs. Interest rates will soar, canceling investments in construction and manufacturing. The U.S. government will be unable to pay the military, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, etc. State and local governments will be unable to pay police, teachers, firefighters, hospitals, etc. Before long, the U.S. will be in a Depression.

Travel Thailand Tightens Airport Rules on Liquids and Gels to Boost Safety
radiochaser replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I'm late in responding to this, but I just read your post. A couple of years ago I had an analgesic gel for knee and back pain, confiscated in Suvarnabhumi airport, because it was over 100 ml. It was in my carryon bag instead of my checked baggage, which is how I took it to Thailand. I forget if I was traveling in country or leaving Thailand. -
True, but when you take them to court, you have to have all the facts and ducks in the proper order. Sometimes it isn't that easy to get it done. I had one case that where it was evident that there were violations of law. But it was almost a year before I had all the, factual evidence, gathered so it could be put before a federal judge. It was a small piece by piece collection, then put together showing the time line and actions, until it could be shown how the guy was committing the crime. Judge sentenced him to a year. That was a complicated case. A couple of times I got feedback from the judges telling me without evidence I gathered, they would have let the person go.

Wise transfer lost
radiochaser replied to bondjames007's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
I did not get far enough to choose a bank to send to. WISE would not accept either my U.S. bank debit card or my U.S. credit card. -
Wise transfer lost
radiochaser replied to bondjames007's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
I registered an account with WISE yesterday. I tried a test send of $50.00 USD, using both a debit card and a credit card. Each time I got an error message of, card not acceptable (or something like that). I don't know if that has anything to do with the delay in receipt problem that has been posted about. -
If you plug that in, in Thailand, the same thing will happen to it that happened to mine. I wasn't thinking, plugged a U.S. of A. surge protector into a receptacle, there was a loud pop and sparks shot out of the holes. The best thing about that was the "surge" of adrenaline it caused!

No. That won't work. You didn't wet the earth. It has to be wet to work!

I will be damned if I give you 50! I used to be an assistant drill instructor in the reserves for two years. 😁 Unless you are a lady with a good looking butt, I don't want to see it. Got enough of that in basic, 11 months advanced training, 20 months in VN, and 7 months in Thailand. Oh, the horror, the horror! 😖 What is P&T? Is that related to jumping out of aircraft?

Have you ever noticed this on the Sky Train?
radiochaser replied to Tuco Ramirez's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
I have seen them do that when a Thai enters the shop. -
You will have to pardon me. I have only had five jumps. I think that was the minimum required to stay in the 36th Airborne Brigade of the Texas National Guard back in 1979. My expertise, from active duty, was limited to radio morse code nets, high frequency direction finding of emitters, using short, medium, and long range radio direction finding equipment, radio teletype communications, setting up associated equipment for fixed use, setting up and running radio communication nets, and operating a RATT rig in a jeep when with the 36th. I was also with several other Army Reserve units and the California National Guard, working in the signal platoons of each unit. Other than the 36th, my closest contacts with airborne qualified personnel were the personnel with 403rd RR SOD in Vietnam and my Detachment Commander who was with the 403rd working with MAC-SOG then was pulled out of Laos to replace the previous Det Commander who was deemed incompetent. The 36th may have taught us about cutting away the main, but I all I remember was get the reserve out as soon as possible. I did talk to a Special Forces Master Sargent one time on a flight. He answered all the questions I had about HALO and HAHO (high altitude high opening?). He was a nice guy to talk too. If my information is incorrect, by all means correct it. I know nothing about green feet on buttocks. I do remember that I told a jump master I wanted to be last man out and he had permission to kick my ass out of the the C141. Does that count? I think that Air Force Sargent really enjoyed that. It was my last jump before I moved to California at the urging of my sister who lived there, which in retrospect was a bad decision. But that is a personal problem I guess.
