Bangkok Airways are very accommodating so I can't imagine it will be an issue However if it was Air Asia .....?

I would think twice about purchasing a Chinese car. Most things made there fall apart before other items made in other countries So why not cars? Just sayin'

I think people that have purchased Chinese cars will live to regret it Most things made in China fall apart, they are known for poor quality and cheap prices so why not with cars as well?

The one we hired seems very competent is Thai, smart about 50 years old. We only need new 3 days a week, she really wants full time. So if there is anyone else out there who wants a maid 3 or 4 days a week just let me know and I will pass on her contact details to you. We will share her She is doing Mon Weds Fri with us, so the other days are available

We are looking for a maid in the Mae Hia area. If anybody can send me a pm with details I would be eternally grateful. My wife has been ill and is unable to do household chores, I have my hands full in the garden so having to do housework too is quite stressful . 450 to 500 baht a day depending on experience. 2 days a week, but only one if that's all they can fit in . It's really hard to find a maid these days!! Pretty desperate right now. Does not have to be Thai can be Burmese but must be able to iron. Many thanks in advance

I've flown AA 100 times with no problems..but they canceled my flight , getting a refund was impossible so a credit note was the best on offer. Now they make it almost impossible to claim that credit note against another flight. I have spent hours on websites trying to arrange another flight and at least 20 emails before I got a credit note. The most hopeless airline in Asia I really hope they go bust. I will never use them again if I can't get this sorted with them. I had an issue with Bangkok Air I double paid for luggage, the problem was sorted immediately and a refund hit my nank account within 24 hours. A proper airline!! You should be thankful you have not experienced these types of issues with AA

About 750 a patch I think

Well I have used it but only once when I was in BK Hospital CM But after I was given the patch I googled it and refused any more.

I have been prescribed Fentynal while in Bangkok Hospital but I did not find it any stronger than morphine. I rejected it after one patch after looking it up I found that it killed the musician Tom Petty who had access to it just as he was preparing for his final tour, he overdosed on it. RIP Tom....another Travelling Wilbury death.

Although the fact that they did not have any soap in the bathroom in the ER room did make me think it was a public hospital I suppose

I paid the same price (25k) for the same procedure at Rajevej hospital in CM That's a government hospital and I reckon I was at least double charged

As you know mate, in some very unlucky people they do and continue to cause problems 3 years after the operation and I now have to accept that I have these issues for life. I have had 6 cystascopes one of which caused a urethral stricture and I now have that for life. They try and lessen the pain by stretching the urethra. The pain was so bad that I was taking morphine I got off it by using methadone and am now only taking OTC meds, but I have pain most days , I try and get through without taking them but it's difficult. I also have to permanently wear a diaper as my pee constantly leaks, this leads to frequent UTI's The procedures work for a while then the scar tissue hardens and needs redoing. It would be difficult for me to recommend a TURP procedure to anybody it can ruin your life if it goes wrong or you have an incompetent surgeon. But how do you know your surgeon is competent? That's a tough question? This of course is just my personal experience and I have plenty of friends who have had a TURP and are perfectly fine. But a stricture can be caused by any rigid contraption being inserted onto your penis, so just be aware of that.
