  1. In a sports bar in Pattaya watching the football one time, I had to go and stand outside in the warm air and thaw out 3 times. Didn't seem to bother anyone else and have been to that bar many times with no problems, but not keen on aircon anyway.
  2. The axes of evil. Irony or error, both fit.
  3. There's always one. And it's usually Lou. (Sorry for starting a sentence with and)
  4. It was meant as humour, ie saying lying git for making claims about a fictitious person. Irony and humour don't always come across well on forums, no harm meant.
  5. He also had good scriptwriters, and you're a lying git if you don't mind me saying so. Same as save the frogs.
  6. Having a bad day Mr F?, you seem to need cheering up.
  7. Ta for that, the local ones do carry Dalfour but never seen a blackberry amongst them.
  8. Yes that is a nice bread, I have recently discovered quinoa whole wheat 59 or 69 the small loaf. Very tasty, I eat it almost as a biscuit without butter or olive oil. Tastes so nice you have to wonder what is in it.
  9. Still not got to a Lotus but the Tops in Soi 55 now have a blackberry jam on offer, didn't recognise the brand but at 320 a jar I have resisted the temptation so far. Tomorrow may be a different story.
  10. Are we allowed to have a bit of banter and pysse taking with left-footers. Asking for a friend..
  11. "farlang", I've seen it spelt like that before but I wonder if that is how he pronounces it.
  12. Not picky at all, he is being accurate and avoiding confusion.
  13. When you put it like that there's nothing to worry about.
  14. I have known people here who were at the ATM every week to get their pension. Occasionally there would be a delay and panic (or at least worry) would set in.
  15. Sorry I cannot get into the article, but I would like to know why the frackers aren't getting back into it.
  16. Is he trying to imitate Greta Thornberg or just parodying himself, load of whatever.
  17. For you that is all the evidence that is needed.
  18. No idea of his racial or ethnic profile, just seems a total gobshyte.
  19. Why doesn't this git and others who make similar posts get banned.
  20. 10 hours later any more comment about Qom.?
  21. Should have read usual matters like queueing, waiting etc but I've experienced worse.
  22. Not an unnecessary comma at all. And as for the full points as we used to call them in the long distant past when I was a compositor, well to explain. It was necessary at times to use visual letter spacing and I cannot lose the habit, without space the question mark to my eyes is too close to the preceding character and letter spacing is not possible on here. Simple really. I started a sentence above with And, unforgivable I know.
  23. Show me where I have whinged. I just tire of the repetitive sneers at drinkers whenever there is a dry holiday. Even when they are not as dry as they used to be. Is whinging them, correct English.? Do you mean winging.?
