  1. Clinton was correct
  2. The point is trump has made tens of thousands false statements, all of which when proven to be false he keeps on repeating. Including despicable vilification of his own citizens. In comparison Biden has made very few false statements and does not vilify his own citizens,; vast difference....
  3. Vance in only an echo chamber for trump, perhaps with a bit more vitriol - or put more succinctly an overlie ambitious sycophant. In the meantime... J.D. Vance’s vocal admiration for Orban’s Hungary tells its own story.. https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2024/07/17/trump-vance-project-2025-orban-hungary/
  4. Interesting to note democrat father has 20 guns, assume another true American gun lover.
  5. No, never posted that opinion. As per usual you fail to post credible link to backup your claim.
  6. Firstly there is no proof the bullseye comment was motivation for the attempted assassination. IMO due to Biden not making as many misinformation, misinformation and lies as trump, remember trump has a very significant track record and therefore more content to report upon e.g. 30 lies in the recent 90 minute debate. However, media does fact check Biden e.g.: https://edition.cnn.com/factsfirst/politics/category/joe_biden
  7. Again pure speculation at this stage plus not following your leaders guidance on Unity. However, sounding like a Thai; objecting to talking truth to power.
  8. Certainly not going to be a trump v2.0.... 'Fact-challenged' RNC shredded — including 2 'biggest lies' from Trump himself: 'Fact-challenged' RNC shredded — including 2 'biggest lies' from Trump himself (msn.com)
  9. Maybe so, with the trump success with corrupting the judiciary in the USA.
  10. As someone else said, he would do what Pence refused to do. After the shooting he continued with vile rhetoric, why did trump appoint him? Lol
  11. Sure: it means taking care of No 1 - trump and family
  12. trump certainly thinks so, as do some of his followers
  13. Exactly where can Hamas separate themselves from civilians living in Gaza; I would imagine they would be destroyed in a relatively short time if they did so. It's a fact it's been classic tactics for decades for insurgency style warfare. "The guerrilla must move amongst the people as a fish swims in the sea". Numerous deeply experienced political / military leaders have clearly stated the only way to conclude the current conflict is by diplomatic means, something the PM appears not to want to do so.
  14. A quote from the OP below. Takeaway being IDF are consciously killing civilians, no comment regards proportionality etc. demonstrates Israeli distain for non combatants suffering. Israeli's have plenty of means for targeted killings, yet mass killings in civilian areas is nearly a daily event. “If Hamas senior leaders think they’ll build a compound and hide in a compound in an area where we called for them [civilians] to move to, we will hunt them down,” the military official said in a briefing with reporters. The PM has made it very clear he will carry on with killings of Hamas even when a cease fire is reached, so why would Hamas agree to handing over hostages? Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office on Saturday dismissed any idea that Israel would agree to a permanent cease-fire before "the destruction of Hamas' military and governing capabilities," saying such a proposal is "a non-starter." https://www.voanews.com/a/netanyahu-says-the-war-will-not-end-till-hamas-is-destroyed-/7639063.html
  15. Total rubbish. trump vastly exceeds with his false claims (especially his tens of thousands lies - never retracted), misinformation, calling out migrants as ';poisoning the blood of America", conspiracy stuff and so on. All broadcast by the likes of Fox and so called right wing pundits such as Alex Jones. Have to wait and see if trump actually tones down his poisonous rhetoric.
  16. Yeah MAGA conspiracy in full flight. Unfortunate choice of words given it's the US, but for a sane person, meant no more than focus efforts to defeat trump at the elections. It should be noted trump has again been framing, in case he losses, that it would only be due to voter fraud, just like the last elections. Accordingly still unfit to represent the Office of the President of the USA. https://apnews.com/article/trump-2024-election-lies-voter-fraud-biden-f3f3691c2ea0667ad694e3bee577d802
  17. At this stage there is no official confirmation of the killers motive (lone wolf)? However, I have noticed a number of MAGA's making similar claims, even blaming Biden. One would think right now is the time to deescalate partisan rhetoric as confirmed by leaders of democratic parties.
  18. Yep, highly likely to get sympathy vote. Will be interesting if they can identify the motive for the attack.
  19. Thanks now I know what you're posting about. Don't know what your issue is with complying to forum rules. But again Biden is Off Topic . Just as a comment the article is somewhat out of date as since the Supreme Court claims official actions by Presidents whilst in office are 'protected' trump is already attempting to use the ruling in his hush money case - a claim that has been thrown out. If you wish to take aim at Biden why not start a topic, I'm sure plenty of MAGAs will love the opportunity, but remember claims must be backed up, opinions not so; I trust you comprehend the difference.
  20. As I posted the OP it is appropriate to remind you of Forum Rules which are available in full at https://aseannow.com/forum/456-political-soapbox/ Please comply with "Stay on topic and back up any claims with credible sources" Biden is not the topic,. However, in this instance please provide credible link/s to your claims in order one be informed of the facts.
  21. Actually it isn't; it's celebration propaganda for children - quite revolting
  22. 'Keep better company': McConnell vows to 'stamp out' Trumpian 'America First' policies Sen. Mitch McConnell Friday vowed he'll be "stamping out" Donald Trump's foreign policy ethos and slammed the former president for rhetoric he linked to 1930s fascists, a new report shows. 24. The summarised issues is response enough. I'm not going to list them you to counter with MAGA nonsense.
  25. Haven't read the entire doco approx 900 pages. However, any policy contributed to by the likes of Stephen Miller I would find repulsive. I find it extraordinary anyone would vote for a president who has a white supremist as a senior policy adviser. Summary of major issues... https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c977njnvq2do
