    What Internet provider does the "good friend" have? Is there just a basic technical error message or a government official "blocked" website? Read a post about someone with 3BB having problems accessing a Thai company site. And then yesterday I (3BB) could not open iherb.com! Changing DNS to Google DNS fixed the problem.

    Just the opposite. Years ago there was an attempt to block porn stuff and show some official site about the blocking. I use a VPN on all critical sites anyway. But just now couldn't resist to open the #1 hub and see erected body parts in a second. But really: get a VPN as officially these sites are not allowed

    They come once (unknowing newbie) and never come again. That works to a certain level like seen for Phuket. In the past Pattaya had a lot of regular guests. I guess these numbers are going down. Fed up.

I am not the only one to do so. On highway 12 speeds of a 120 km/h or more are usual. There is a reason why a couple of U turns on Pattaya Sukhumvit have been closed. Too many deaths.
