My thoughts entirely- it seems a lot of foreign men of all Nationalities abandon any remote thoughts of being polite or respectful to Thai ladies- and treat them with contempt

Well tatoos do go with junkies, drugs, drunks...sorry but it goes with the job unfortunately. Trying to make a fast buck in this field can have some risks. Of course such form of grooping is not to be accepted and the people must be deported immediately as they give a bad image of all decent foreigners in Thailand.

The reason a woman is groped is lack of restraint from a man acting like a little boy who wasn't taught respect for women as a child. Women aren't fair game no matter what they're wearing.

In a John Wick movie, the victim would disappear, never to be seen again. Keanu would avenge her death, of course. But that wouldn't help her.
