I have a few questions about 4W Motorcycles... 1) Can you register a 4W bike legally ? 2) What driving license do you need, bike or car ? 3 Where to buy a bike in CM, and approximate cost, new or 2nd hand ? Dante99 Posted September 8, 2017 Share Posted September 8, 2017 Go north on the Canal Road from Huay Kaew Rd. On the left at one of the few traffic lights you will see a shop selling ATVs. If you are stopped at the light it is directly across from you so it is south of the cross street about 2 doors.
