Seems like everyone survived the mishap in the video.  Had there been a scooter in the mix, it probably would have been a tragic story.

if you have a self driving car,who is then responsible for an accident. the manufacturer of said vehicle or the owner who is not actually driving but is being guided by a computerover which they may have little control. (just a thought)
