Thailand Post - failed delivery

Featured Replies

So I have a tracking number for an item that was sent from Singapore. Today it is saying "failed delivery" on the tracking page. I've had several packages go missing in the last few months (NEVER had a problem until recently). This is the first one that had a tracking number. Anyone ever had success in recovering "lost" packages? Not accusing anyone of pilfering, but frankly a little suspicious, since it's been fine up until recently.

Had the failed delivery lots of times on track and trace then it appears the next day or day after.

Had one that never appeared but it was waiting in city post office when i went to report it lost.

Thanks! That's really nice to hear, I hope the same is true for me tomorrow.

i agree go to post office  find out at what point did it fail  take it from there  have had a couple of odd notices like this  but it just turned up out of the blue   get the supervisor to

shake the system  see what drops out  good luck

I have received small packages back but one big one totally disappeared from tracking after being returned to Thailand, they simply refuse to accept any responsibility.

My package was there, just gave them the tracking number and they had it. Thank you for the tip, jeap1980
