Aforek
Hello can you recommend a good battery charger for a scooter , available in Thailand ? Lazada has some, but I don't know if they are good I have recommandations for a Techmate optimate 3, but it's only available from Usa ( eBay ) and in final, with transport and custom they are pretty expansive it I can buy directly in Thailand, I would prefer ( techmate in all in one: test and charge; I think it's a good produce ) thanks
Ahab
I bought a cheap trickle charger on Lazada and it worked for one charge then broke (720 baht). I then bought two Schumacher trickle chargers from the USA and they work great, but I have to use a step down transformer to get the proper voltage (120VAC). An associate provided some points of contacts in Thailand for battery maintainers/trickle chargers. Here are 3 respected battery charger/tender companies and all have a presence here in Thailand: - CTEK (http://www.ctek.com) --http://www.jumpandcharge.com/en -- https://www.facebook.com/aprtechofficial/ - Tecmate Optimate (https://tecmate.com) -- http://www.tjstool.com/branddetail.aspx?id=OPTIMATE - Battery Tender (http://www.batterytender.com) -- https://www.facebook.com/batterytenderthailand/ Good luck, post if you have success. Thanks.

AllanB
Am I missing something here...? We are are talking about a battery charger, for a motorcycle, not a nuclear submarine, they sell them everywhere for a few hundred baht, I bought mine about 7 years ago, it works without fail? Do Home seem to offer a warranty, so I use them for everything.
Seismic
I bought the Tecmate Optimate 4 seven years ago, shipped from Australian dealer. Best money i spent, happily, it was also recommended for my new bike by the manufacturer when I changed 2 years ago.
