I completely applaud you for this. Steak prices here are out of the mind. The dilemma comes when feeding only 1 or 2 people. Cannot buy in bulk, and must buy fresh because the freezer ruins any cut of beef. The other dilemma comes because not many people have a mesquite or charcoal grill at home. Pan fried steak at imported prices is a disappointment. I prefer to pay a little extra at a proper steakhouse for a flame grilled one. But your 25% discount is an incentive. Thank you.
