If there is a shortage of foreign teachers, then most schools won't hire dark skinned teachers & the only Africans they will employ are white teachers from South Africa. 

Thai schools don't want black teachers, believing it displays a bad image.

Yup, feudalism and its associated old beliefs are alive and well. :sad:

 

Now, if only the country could get to Thai 1.0 there could be further improvement in  the future. And Thai 1.0 definitely IS NOT Thai 4.0. :smile:

Question back the Teacher's Council of Thailand (Kurusapa) ... why they don't want to approve and give the teaching licence to all the graduated students who meet the requirements. That's why, they need to take the old folks to come back to work.
