Wandering around Central Rama IX today, couldn't help but notice that Vivo is now showcasing their upcoming V7+ smartphone with a 24 megapixel camera.

One has to wonder how many pixels can be crammed on a sensor that is smaller than a postage stamp. Things could get squirrely. If nothing else, it should be extremely noisy in low light situations.

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
