dcnx
Me thinks there is more to this story or the girl comes from an important family. To have someone arrested at the airport upon entry is rare. Also, to issue a warrant for his arrest and to get him at the airport based on her word that he is guilty, also unusual. Even more odd if she’s a bar girl. If true, this is terrifying because any vindictive Thai can claim you did X or Y and ruin your life and you wouldn’t even know it until it was too late. The guy may be guilty as sin but they put their ducks in a row for once and went after him over something fairly trivial. The police almost never act this quickly and so organized. The internet is also not "awash" with porn, its confined to porn related sites . Non porn sites do not show naked people . Besides , he posted photos of her naked on her own FB page, meaning all her family and friends could see them , quite different to posting them on a "show me your GF" websites

Also, where does it say he took these photos without her knowledge??? These are computer crimes , it doesnt really matter where you do it . It also doesnt really matter whether he took the photos with or without her knowledge, although he may face further charges if he took the photos without permission . Chip Allen
These people actually believe that their law applies worldwide. The frog committed his "crime" in his own country and was arrested when he came to Thailand. An abomination and a perversion of international law. Sanctions should apply. Chip Allen
Governments of truly civilized countries need to start forcibly repatriating their citizens, when they run afoul of unjust "laws" such as defamation, lese majeste...etc. A gun in the face always gets results. Thuggery deserves thug tactics as retribution.
