I do believe that he did it and he should face the appropriate punishment , if any evidance comes to light which suggests that he didnt do it, then I may change my mind . He isnt on trial before the TV Court I am not officially finding him to be guilty and sentencing to two years in jail. That is down to the Thai authorities to decide those issues They can investigate, interview all concerned and then come to a conclusion.
