PHUKET: The Phuket Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) has announced that electricity will temporarily be stitched off in some parts of Phuket Town tomorrow (Oct 25) as works are carried out on high-voltage power cables.

And they will stitch it back together later when they have finished I guess.

Just replacing the big rubber band.

We've had so many official shutdowns we automatically know what the loudspeaker music and accompanying strident female voice portends.
