Non O to Non B

Hi Any possibility that a NON O visa can be converted to NON B visa??

Agent says NO and need to go out and get at least a tourist visa for conversion to NON B.

anybody experienced this? Thanks in advance!

You cannot change non immigrant visa categories but you can apply for a extension based upon working with a non-o dependent upon what it was based upon when it was issued.

If it was issued based upon marriage or having a Thai child it will certainly not be a problem.

Many agents are not aware it can be done or some do it to get a higher fee.
