Teens beat rivals inside Samut Sakhon hospital emergency room

By The Nation

A group of some 10 teenagers followed their rivals into an emergency room of the Krathumban district hospital in Samut Sakhon to continue a fight and then fired a gun before leaving.

Witnesses told police that the attack happened at 10.30pm when a group of three or four teenagers escorted an injured friend to the emergency room of the hospital.

Another group of some 10 teenagers followed them in and engaged in a brawl in which one of the second group beat the injured teenager with a baseball bat.

One of the teens in the second group then fired a shot into the sky before they all fled by pickup truck and motorcycle. Police later found 12 spent shells of 9mm ammunition at the scene.

The incident frightened doctors, nurses and patients at the hospital.

When is school, parents and government going to deal with this behaviour?
It´s must be quite easy. They say that they fight to uphold the reputation of their school. In that case just see to that the ones using violence to achieve that gets expelled from the school they fight for.

Even a dumb nut can understand that.

If only it were that simple.

Getting expelled does not mean that association with the school ends and therefore nothing left to fight for.  Many of the younger students are trained / indoctrinated by ex pupils and some of those ex pupils are now middle aged men. They fight for their colours - like football hooligans, same mentality, once they have signed up, they sign up for life and getting expelled or leaving the school is irrelevant.

What you are stating is a minority. I am stating the big problem. That is all the students active in the schools today.

It wasn´t that irrelevant, was it?

Yes GR I agree. Perhaps 12 months enrolled in a new school would do them good. A military school with 3 months hard yards basic training and then a promotion to being a dish pig in the OR's mess and latrine cleaning duties including wiping officer's asses. Ugh!

Military based school for these types of offenders is a good idea.
