British men sentenced for graffiti on Seoul trains

Members of the ‘SMT Crew’ in Britain who initially denied the graffiti are jailed for four months

An appellate court in Seoul, South Korea has upheld a four-month prison sentence for two British men, who were indicted in July on charges of vandalising trains with graffiti.

 

The court rejected their appeal, Monday, saying they deserve heavy punishment.

 

“Given that the two were convicted of the same crime in Britain in the past, the punishment isn’t too harsh,” the court said.

I am going to have to go all Daily Mail on this one and hope the little scrotes are made to serve their sentences to the last minute. Graffiti is nothing but an eyesore which gives a neighbourhood a threatening atmosphere.

I am going to have to go all Daily Mail on this one and hope the little scrotes are made to serve their sentences to the last minute. Graffiti is nothing but an eyesore which gives a neighbourhood a threatening atmosphere.

Korean prison is harsh and (4 months) I’m fine with is that the charge in England? Chavys guilty of anti-social offences in UK should never be allowed in Thailand as tourists.

Serves them right....not nice to gloat on other's misfortune....but such recidive, lack of respect etc. deserves severe sentence to serve the chaps and others, as an exemple....at one point people just have to learn the harsh way.

It does get rather tiresome : Every time a Brit does something you dont like, you label him aBrexiter , because you are a remainer and everytime a Brexiter sees a Brit doing something wrong, they label him as being a remainer .

I just love those graffiti on trains, they bring joy to my eyes.

Unfortunately, it's a crime, in a society where plenty of thieves, rapists and murderers are walking free among us.

I wish all the best to the guys, hopefully they'll get out soon...

...in the meanwhile, all the outstanding citizens can sleep peacefully.

The two men are 23 and 25 years old.

 

That particular demographic is 75% Remainer (according to figures I've seen bandied about in The Grauniad and Telegraph).

 

However, my guess would be that these D.Heads probably didn't bother to cast their vote - maybe were not even aware that the country was about to make a momentous decision.
