Well, it would seem that other countries elites have something to aspire towards, and seems most are doing a good job. Recently read the US two richest owned more that the entire bottom half.

 

Also seems that massively concentration of wealth at the top never ends well. Also be curious if those Euro "banking families" wealth is included in the statistics, as although reputedly wealthier than anyone on the planet their names never appear in Forbes list.
