webfact
Commerce to control Chinese fruit wholesaling business By Thai PBS The Ministry of Commerce is now in talks with the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives to control the Chinese fruit wholesaling businesses after receiving complaints from longan farmers that they were cheated by the Chinese traders. According to the longan farmers in Chanthaburi, the Chinese wholesaling firm failed to pay more than 400 million baht to them after they have supplied longan to the firm for exports. dinsdale
A good part of the reason durian prices have gone up so much is these Chinese f..ker..s buy whole crops even before they're ripe and when it's ready off it goes to China. They're doing this everywhere. Going into shopping centres, buying something (in bulk) off the shelves and sending it back to China for their families to sell. Nothing left for the locals.
