A doctor, who has been accused of sexual harassment by 11 factory workers sent to him for their annual medical check-up, holds an executive position in a private hospital in Nakhon Ratchasima province, a police source revealed on Thursday.

The doctor, whose name is being withheld pending the investigation, sent his lawyer on Thursday to arrange an appointment for him to meet police on Sunday, as he was still preoccupied with other errands at the moment, said the source at the Sung Noen Police Station.

The summons were issued on Wednesday for the doctor to hear a criminal charge following a complaint filed on Tuesday evening by 11 women who work at Siam Fukoku.

The women alleged that he had needlessly touched their breasts during routine check-ups on November 17. They said they had gone alone in turn into the examination room and the doctor unzipped their uniform tops and felt their breasts. The check-up is not supposed to include an examination for signs of breast cancer. The factory employees said they asked among co-workers and learned that the doctor had only touched the breasts of “good-looking” women.

Note to the BIB

1. Find him.

2. Drag him down to the station in cuffs.

3. Question him and - if enough evidence - charge the ****.

4. Do your ******* job

Now now, he's a Doctor - so therefore a VIP and we can't just go barging in without politely asking first.

He may not be able to escape the scrutiny of the social media. The government hi-so doctor who nearly killed the security guard was named and shamed and faces charges.

We can only hope that in this case the perverted doctor can take the time from his preoccupation with other errands and pop into the local police station and make an offer they can't refuse..

Are you serious mate? A doctor is supposed to be accompanied by a nurse or female assistant when examining female patients. It is because of this that it will be his word against that of the factory workers.

In the opinion of most normal people, the me-too "BS" is finally enabling women who have been sexually abused by the likes of Weinstein, Rose and Clinton to come forward and be believed.

Such as what? Medical emergencies? Innocent or guilty - he needs to come in for questioning right now. I feel especially sorry for anyone who might have their breasts checked by him between now and Sunday who then sees him get convicted of sexual assault. They'd have been badly let down by a deplorable police force.

Try working with the facts,,
It’s not clear he did a proper breast cancer check. It states he opened their shirts and touched their breasts,,and only good lookers,,because less pretties don’t get breast cancer?
I’m happy for women to disclose real or perceived sexual transgressions. If you’re not guilty you’ve got nothing to worry about.

So he felt them with their padded bra on ? You can feel more touching a water filled balloon than boobs in a ( Thai) padded bra. Why didn't they protest when he started to touch them ( over their bra's) ?

His lawyer is no doubt reminding them that there is a precedent: it's known as Red Bull S__t.

The precedent is not the R B cretin, it's well established by many many hi-so with numerous years of unchallenged disregard for the law, and of course lunch boxes and brown envelopes are also a major factor.

How do you know he only touched the bra?

How do you know they didn’t protest at the time?

And even if they didn’t, it was probably out fear of the knowledge they would be attacked with vitriolic condemnation by people like you, who dismiss sexual assaults like this as no big deal.

Pathetic.

Only in Thailand, could you please come and see us - that's if it's not too inconvenient or out of your way.

Often there are unforeseen adverse circumstances e.g. if you reside in a rural area and there is neither an ATM or a motorbike taxi to find one in sight.

555!

Be fair, he's preoccupied with other errands! Hair cut, shopping, buying noodle soup and iced tea, meeting friends, round or two of golf etc etc - the list is endless in today's hurly burly life! And all take precedent on meeting the police to discuss allegations of sexual assault by 11 factory workers!

Sunday make be convenient. But presumably at a time to suit, and only for a specified time!

So much more civilized than being arrested, thrown in the cells for a few hours, and the questioned for a lengthy time.

In primates' and, later, human, societies, in Europe f.i. till long after the medieaval times, in India and other countries till today (and how long has a Weinstein been, hush-hush, allowed to go on, in the US of A?), it was always a privilege, the born right, of males(!) of dominant classes/casts to take advantage to their 'fancy' of 'females' from lower levels. What to expect better from the 'macho' society model maintained by 'the system' in Thailand, where a lame and tame male population is given the illusion of being 'the free', 'the brave', while it's all about keeping the lot dumb and stupid enough to serve the leading class' greedy goals... And then this 'Dr' gets the spotlights on his, in itself, despicable behaviour. But what do you think the Thai men think about this (as long as their wife/GF has not been involved)? Well, IMO, they don't care a bit, or would rather fantacise about having been the 'Dr' in the story...

Sad.  He has probably helped hundreds of people and all the previous good work will be forgotten.  His record is only as good as his last examination.

So, you do assume it was the first time in his (professional) life he had this kind of off-limits, non-deontological, abusive, behaviour, is it? Maybe you even know his name, as a patient or friend of his, when so, please let us know! Or, even worse, is it the kind of things you would do, or have done? 'Save' tens (maybe), abuse of a few, the maths (for sure) are OK for you, is it?

Hippocrates vs. hypocrisy?

No, really, is this a fantasy of yours, or do you, can you, consider what he did is 'normal', 'excusable'? Please let us know, to enable us to relativate the content of your next newcomer's posts here.

The Doc is evidently hoping his mrs will chop his hands off, before tomorrow's police 'meeting'. He'll be able to show them that at least his naughty fingers are of no further threat to those good looking girls. Let's hope she wipes the kitchen table down, afterwards.
