hi all

been here for almost a year on a Non OA and my wife  on a Non O multiple

i can do a borderbounce  before my visa expires and have then a permission to stay for  .another year.

You think my european wife can have another  non O multiple ? or permission to stay as dependent,?

Your wife can get an extension of stay based upon your most recent entry from your OA visa as your spouse.

She will need your marriage certificate, copies of your passport photo page, visa and entry stamp.

Your marriage certificate will need to be certified (aka legalized) by your embassy or government. It will need to be translated to Thai if not in English and the translation certified by the department of consular affairs of the MFA.

I think your wife will have difficulty getting another multiple entry non 'O' in the region, but she shouldn't have a problem getting a single entry if needed. She will need to be in Thailand with a non immigrant visa entry to qualify for piggy backing your permit to stay as your wife.

You should try and do your border hop before your wife's current 90 day stay expires, or get her to do a border hop, with you, before her current visa expires to get a new 90 day stay. Towards the end of her current or new 90 day stay she can apply for an extension of stay, which will be for the remainder of your 1 year permit to stay.
