Has anyone one else experienced difficulties logging into Amazon.com and Amazon.uk lately please? I have worn out several temporary codes trying to do so, and each password change attempt ends in failure.  Assistance emails are often too slow in coming back from Amazon too. Now what is that? As it is both platforms, one wonders if their servers are doing something wrong. 'Praps there is some server problem mismatch in Thailand, floods are affecting one of the underground fat pipes, or my machine and/or network has been compromised. But no evidence of any foul play just yet. I'm lost. It doesn't seem to be happening with other sites. I have emailed them to ensure nothing dodgy is happening inside the account, but be warned that if you temporarily terminate an account, you are likely to have to eventually resort to one of those long and turgid helpline sessions to get the account restarted. And it might be better in some cases to start with a new account and get them to remove the old account. Helpline muzak will be the death of us all, I reckon. ;-)
