Non-im B visa - what does "details of company operation" mean?

Recommended Posts

I'm about to apply for a Non-im B visa.

Among the other things needed is the list below:

1) business registration and business license
                2) list of shareholders
                3) company profile
                4) details of business operation
                5) list of foreign workers stating names, nationalities and positions
                6) map indicating location of the company
                7) balance sheet, statement of Income Tax and Business Tax (Por Ngor Dor 50 and Por Ngor Dor 30 of the latest year)
               8) value-added tax registration (Por Por 20)

Can anyone tell me what this is - #4  'details of business operation' ? Is it simply a letter from the employer stating what this business is? Or is it something more official like some kind of document from the Labor Dept or government etc etc?

Thanks in anticipation!

That is what kind of business activities they are doing.

Where will be you be applying for the visa will determine what is required. Some of the nearby embassies do not require everything on that list to apply for a non-b visa for working here.

So - just a description written on headed paper with company stamp?
