December 7, 20178 yr Does anyone know if there is an English speaking contact number for Viryah? The 1557 number gets directed straight to the Khon Kaen office and no one speaks English and usually just hang up. I've tried the general Bangkok Head office number there and there is an automated menu all in Thai. I am trying to renew my yearly car insurance but am now wondering what I will do in the future if I actually have an accident?
December 7, 20178 yr From the English pages on their website. Solutions for your problems, with speedy coordination You can call our Customer Relations Center at 0-2239-1557 24 hours a day. Our staff is ready to make everything convenient for you, from providing insurance information to accepting complaints and coordinating with responsible parties, for quick and convenient service for our clients. Don't use their 4-digit, toll-free number as that will always redirect to the local branch. Use their head-office number above and see if you can get someone to help. If that number is the same one that gives you Thai-only voice prompts, you may need to get the assistance of a local. Failing that, if you already have their renewal notice, you can visit the local branch and between them, they will come up with someone who has a clue about what you want. I had this experience a few years ago with Liberty.
