We have difficulty to find by Internet because all adv readdress to near tourist localities

Go to A's bar in krabi town and you shall find strong english speakers working there and many expats young and not so old who could help you in your quest.

A 2 week holiday stay or permanent accommodation ? If its longer term accommodation try going into some condo blocks and ask at the office. Look for "for rent" signs on balconeys, windows etc.
