"Song Thaew" driver raped 11 year old girl nine times at deserted house, say police

Police in Nakorn Sawan claim that a retired council engineer now driving a song thaew (baht bus) picking up schoolchildren had raped an 11 year old girl at a downtown deserted.

The mother of the girl took panties allegedly stained with semen to the cops for DNA testing. She said her daughter claimed she had been raped nine times.

Rungroj, 60, a retired engineer of the Provincial Administration Organisation turned himself into police after a warrant for rape of a minor under the age of 13 was issued. He denies everything saying he had never met the girl referred to only as B.

Mother "Wi" (an assumed name) told the police that B came home unusually late from school on Tuesday at 7.30pm. She was acting withdrawn and her clothes were disheveled and dirty.

She said nothing had happened but when pressed and examined by her mother a white substance was found in her genital area.

Then B admitted that she had been raped nine times at a deserted house on Pahonyothin Road in Wat Sai sub-district.

The first time it happened she had been travelling in Rungroj's vehicle alone and he took her there. After he raped her he gave her 50 baht and said that if she told anyone he would kill her.

Thereafter he came to pick her up at her school and the rapes continued with 50 baht being given each time and more threats.

The mother told police immediately and an arrest warrant was issued. Then she handed in the panties.

Police took the girl to the deserted house that is 40 meters off the main road on two rai of land. She pointed to a downstairs area at the two story property where she said the rapes occurred.

The whole area is obscured from view by trees and vegetation.

The property - empty for decades - is owned by a former politician in the Pak Nam Po area who police also want to interview, reported Sanook.

Sick bastard!

let him rot in prison

Disgusting piece of filth, let him loose in a room with 10 mothers.

Then there would be no need for a court case, the bar steward would be dead.

Another repulsive story that makes you feel sick to the stomach.

Maybe to check if the accused might have had access to it.

OK but why interview the politician?

is it related?

It’s the politicians house.

Maybe they want to know if he knew the accused and ascertain if it was possible for him to get into the house.

The bib could have turned over a new leaf and are actually doing their alleged job. .

Judging by the numerous news reports over the recent past, and not just here on Thaivisa, the RTP have been doing their jobs for some time, successfully prosecuting and jailing many offenders.

Put the SOB in prison, throw away the key and let the other prisoners return the 'favors' to him. He deserves nothing less. :coffee1:

A large number of bickering posts have been removed.

Any more of this will bring Christmas holidays a lot closer.

Easy to accuse, particularly in this country. Presumption of innocence should prevail until proven other wise. If the DNA is properly handled and processed, likewise evidence gained at the crime scene(s) the right answers should be forthcoming.

A post quoting a post with a foul language connotation has been removed.

Good job they have some damning evidence,as the piece of shit,

would have denied it,and has, then it would have been his word

against the young girl, just hope the police dont mess it up and

the young girl gets justice, and the piece of shit never sees

daylight again.

Summary execution after handing him over to the family is fully supported here in this case.

Sack of shut! Balls off as punishment, please.

Because politicians and crime go hand in hand here.

If this had been our little girl there would have been no need for police.

There are hundreds if not thousands of this type of house in Thailand. It has no windows or doors, they've all been stolen.. The owner either cannot sell it or just does not care about it. Many moobans in greater Bangkok have several of this type of overgrown, deserted house that was probably built on spec and unable to sell for whatever reason.

A perfect location for this heinous crime.

I hope the child can shake this awful experience as she gets older, but I know nothing of the trauma that follows an incident like this.

Maybe that politician owned that Songteaw driver with influential connections..........

I am not rushing to judgement, but it looks pretty damning.
The main thing on my mind is how to help this child deal with the horror.
I can tell you, as a survivor of childhood rape, it follows you for your whole life.

Dog. Sorry to all dogs for having to use their name in this matter.

Such sick behaviour patterns will never change.

What may somewhat help is if one can, never, never let children of such a young age move around alone.

If this would have happened in India, China, Indonesia or many of the Middle Eastern countries, the guy would have been, beaten, lynched, torn apart and set alight by mob by now.

Considering the child is from a poor family, hope the police take this case serious, the man is sent to prison for a long time and the mother and her child receive proper justice.

Call me what you like But I will dispose of this <deleted> for free and risk jail
