If you mean a small bluetooth speaker....they are available everywhere in Thailand. Street, mall, 7, everywhere

Pantip have plenty of such on ground floor.

I have a "JBL Go" https://www.jbl.com/bluetooth-speakers/JBL+GO.html bluetooth speaker which I use with my laptop or mobile, great sound. You can find them in Powerbuy or IT City in Central Festival. Price 1,200 baht...
