December 25, 20178 yr Pattaya Condo refund , need advices . All answers welcome . Has anyone been refund from a developer ? This is a 100 % long time finished Building with staff , Not a project . Developer has been unable over months to clear Tittles deeds , they are mortgaged . Any advices or help welcome Where to start , Consumers offices Police Local authorities / Bangkok adresses ? or else Anyone in a similar situation can Private message me also .
December 26, 20178 yr There have been a couple in the past where individual owners have cleared the mortgage on their own chanote, of course it means you are paying twice for the condo. Maybe a civil case against the mortgagor. Strength in numbers, try to form a group of owners

December 26, 20178 yr The reason i mentioned Centara is last i heard owners were still waiting for the Chanote, the solution was to sell and get rid of the hot potato.There was a thread on it on another forum but I'm not allowed to post a link it will get deleted

Shall developers take millions away as they are pleased , mind me why Pattaya s going dead , And noone wants invest anymore .
