Disciplinary investigation into alleged bribery case that involved a director of a famous secondary school in Bangkok has made no significant headway although five months has elapsed.

The former director of Samsen Wittayalai school Mr Viroj Samruan was accused of demanding 400,000 baht “tea money”, from a parent for enrollment of their son into the school.

The act was secretly videotaped and later posted on social media, triggering widespread criticism of the school director’s behaviour.

Eventually, these people will face justice for their rotten behaviour....the Thai people have had enough and, through social media alone, can destroy these grubs.....

indeed ...but not in our lifetimes...

".. no significant headway although five months has elapsed "

Perhaps he is continuing with the bribes, just to different recipients?

shows why there is so much corruption here, no one will take action in case they lose their cream as well. the video is enough to fire his arse but they refuse to do, have to wonder how much of a cut they are getting to ignore it

Meh.

People.. even Thais.. may express outrage,  but nothing will come out of it.. corruption is too entrenched for there to be any hope of change

Move along nothing to see here!

Nope.

The Thai people have learnt from a young age onwards to keep your head down. The best thing that can happen is that some splashes of gravy fly your way when the gravy train passes by.

I don't see any change compared to 5 or 10 years ago. They show outrage on social media but at the same time offer 200 baht to a cop to get out of a ticket.

No significant progress when the whole thing was recorded. Thailand, simply amazing.

what did you expect, a resolution to the findings?
