Is it possible to block specific suggested groups from appearing on your Facebook homepage?
If not, is it possible to change and bring up a different homepage?
If this is also not possible, is it possible to influence Facebook in some way, that it would in fact change the types of suggested groups that it sends you?

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
