Hello everyone !

I am retired (65), I got 1 year non-immigrate O M visa.

Do I have to go on visarun??

If so, what's the best way?

I don't drive and hate minivans.

Staying in Jomtien.

Thank's in advance!

Then you will have to exit and re-enter the Country every 90 days to receive a new 90 day permission to stay.

If you exit and re-enter just before the 'enter before' date of your Visa you will get another 90 days, which means you won't have to apply for a new Visa for 15 months.

You could always fly out/in to a local Country if you prefer not to use road transport.

You could fly out and back to get your new 90 entries.

Check Air Asia for flights from Utapao to Kuala Lumpur. By purchasing your tickets in advance it would not cost much more than doing border runs to Cambodia.

You should be also be able to hire a car/driver if you dislike vans.  That is what I used to do in Hat Yai.  Most any taxi driver would be willing to make a day trip for cash.

You are aware that you could extend one year near the end of any 90 day entry if you can meet the financial requirements (65k per month income or 800k in bank 2 months or combination to meet 800k figure).

Normally it is not asked for when entering with a valid non-o visa.

It is not likely to be asked but it could be so yes you should have it.  At the least have an ATM card that you can used to obtain if needed.
