Extension of stay.

Hey guys

Can someone inform me what documents I need when I go to immigration's to get my extension of stay for another year? I got Retirement visa last year and soon it's time to renew.

From my understanding I need 

TM7 with photo

Proof of income

Copy of passport

Proof of address

Do I need anything more? Hope someone can help, thanks,

I assume that means more than the photo page. Visa, entry stamp, extension of stay stamp and TM6 departure card.

It would appear to be Jomtien if his stated location is to be believed. In which case he will probably need to add to the list a completed TM30 if one of these has not already been filed in his case.

If renting, copy housebook and ID from the owner and signed by the owner.

Yes correct, Jomtien, I live up in NaKlua. I did the TM30 last year so maybe I don't need it again? Thank you

One if extension based on retirement, two if based on marriage outside regional hq.

Extension based on work ? Chiang mai? Asking to avoid being rushed to get sign n stamps from landlord on their copies. Is stamp required by the way or will only sign do?

Can only say what required on Samui, no stamp just signed. 

If you have to bring two copies of everything else then two copies.
