Love to know the background of these anti Junta protesters---is it another form of red shirt again  ?? if so hence the reason for the PM to hold until the Thais get good people in political parties ready to serve their country----The PAID red brigade antics   ----warned everyone  CAUTION

The same boring reply from 'ginjag'. It has been said many times that the Democrats paid out more in bribes than the reds in elections! Ever lived down south?

That old biddy has probably never heard of the word "democracy" and all she understands is that she will be paid via lord voltemerde around 1,500 bht per day to demonstrate !

These guys have no clue. Election or no election is all the same. Junta will have their 250 selfpicked non elected robots in as MP’s and their presence and the top poodles will make sure all goes and every one does exactly what and how they want. Ridiculous! The constitution and election terms are a facade.  Do have to respect their gungo ho braveness. Military control is just that, iron fisted military control.

So it should the the sole discretion of the junta to decide when Thailand has suitable candidates to allow elections? I believe the junta needs more time to get its puppets in place.

Some offensive hyperbole posts have been removed as well as the replies.

Yes the elections, but are there any quality candidates with a good vision for the country?

A trusted person from a decent  party is not welcome by the army and the elite, see all the military takeovers. The PM wants only power and money, he is an anti-democrat. "Happiness for HIS people".

Thailand has had 32 military takeovers in the last 50 years  Only South america would match that i guess I am starting to wonder Ok this Pm we have now is not top class  But he does not have to be after seeing the garbage that came before  him? Because that is Thailand"s problem. To find a strong  honest leader whose  main aim is to get the country moving forward and make people lives better They call it a merry-go-round and it just keeps going round and round and that suiets the elite in this country. Because if everybody focuses on the government they forget about the elite who are making millions and probably pay no tax What is the old saying" Out of site out of mind"

Not locked up Just re-educated

There goes peace and quiet, and incidentally a regular income for demonstrators, if they succeed

Well... let's hope he did not share or "liked" a post with inapropriate content, or even had porn on its computer!
