The chinese won t be in any rush to clamp on to Thaksin.  He has big money and many friends.

 

Uighers on the other hand are poor and `persecuted and Thailand bends over backwards to return them to be tortured in China.

There charges are not legally recognized under international laws. All these Thai yappers are dumber than I thought. 

All good for a laugh..The UN described Thai police as organised criminals. So I don't hold much hope lol. Personally I would drop the organised part.

Would be amusing if the Chinese grabbed them and publicly offered them back to Thailand! The Government would go into meltdown, they simply would not know what to do.

 

Could be a good negotiating method for the Chinese. Get what they want on the trains etc or they are going to make the Thai Govt squirm by publicly arresting and offering them back to Thailand.

Let's get real about Yingluck and Thaksin.  She was in London and when asked the British said that they had received no contact from Thailand concerning her whatsoever.  She arrived and left on a foreign passport.  Thaksin travels the world to many countries where they do not have extradition treaties with Thailand.  The Thai authorities are just full of hot air, as usual.  They are not actively chasing Thaksin or Yingluck and the likelihood of either of them being extradited to Thailand is absolutely zero.

If they try to extradite either of them, it will go to court. 

 

If it goes to court, either/both of them will claim unfair persecution and that the Thai court is biased and unjust.

 

Whichever countries court they are in will agree and deny extradition.

 

And Thailand's "justice system" will be an international laughing stock.

 

Enough of these stupid stories; the only way that Thaksin or Yingluck come back to Thailand is if they choose to do so.

Well if it went to court in the UK, US, Aussie, Canada, and most European states perhaps.

 

But in China, where courts follow the political will, that's less certain! It would be down to what the Chinese government thought most useful to its own agenda. Given there own much vaunted selective corruption purges, and the getting closer to Thailand agenda, who knows what they'd do. But would have little to do with justice.

 

The reality is they don't really want them back. They can't, either by desire or incompetence, complete the necessary documentation for just about anything. All bluster, smoke and mirrors and BS for the peasants.
