Warning to all readers!

Chumporn is a very dangerous place, I should know, I was attacked and stabbed in the back by two kids riding a motor bike who were trying to snatch my laptop shoulder bag, on the very first night I arrived in the city, and was hospitalised!

One week later,  I was attacked yet again, from behind, whilst strolling for some easy exercise near the train station, very close to PAPA night club.

I'm not surprised, after reading this report, and would warn readers to stay away from that city. A Police officer told me, when I was in Chumporn, the city has a very high gun and knife culture, with many young gangs and that foreigners are targeted. I decided to get out of dodge city within two weeks!

As Thai say, " UP TO YOU"...

that's a shame. don't go to papa disco, full of <deleted>. the people that stabbed you were burmese fishing people or from the jungle. and yes everyone has guns here but they don't cause problems to foreigners, they were burmese i guarantee it. those don't even get bullets wasted on them. they get kicked to death if they mess with the locals. little bit of education for you. 18 years in paknam on and off ; ) oh and what gangs? there's only families

A drug addict is as low as you can get. A drinker is generally not stigmatized the same way in society .... wonder why  ! :shock1:

So the government has just realized that? :w00t:

Stabbed in the back from behind? That's as low as it can go....not even a chance to give your belongings to them.

Well the government is doing housesearches on a large scale to the farang to check their visa's and so....so not much manpower left to fight yaba...it's about priorities.
