    Just go into the work permit office and ask the staff for the cancellation form. Very easy.

I've heard rumors that the law has changed and know someone who went to the DOL who made him come back with someone from his work to cancel it.

 

I'm worried that if I leave on bad terms, my boss might be nasty about it and not sign whatever meds to be signed.
