Today... I bought a couple of tracks, not remembering that the card details I have entered in my account are now old - because I am waiting for a new card

 

Somehow, inexplicably, it worked and I was able to download the music. I rang my bank to make 100% sure the old card was cancelled, and they said it was.

 

Any idea how this could have happened?

New card hasn't arrived yet, so I haven't entered the details.....

Have you checked with your bank tho?

They said they can't see any transactions, but iTunes purchases usually take a while to go through anyway.

 

They say that the old card is definately cancelled ^__^
