banagan
Hi, can anyone recommend a contractor in Chiang Mai for a condo refurbishment. Wall repair, painting, new ceiling, lighting, new bathroom, new doors, small kitchen installed. Cheers
NancyL
Ask around the condo for contractor who have done this job for other residents. Often the condo office can recommend contractors.

neilrob
I can thoroughly recommend K. Song at 094 702 0712. Excellent work, fair prices and good English. He has done considerable work for me over the years. 1

Conflict of interest.

We routinely ask the condo office to arrange for service companies when we need work done. Also contractors who have worked in the building before know the quirks of the building and rules about times they can work, etc.
