Well as I already demonstrated in response to your accusation - the whole of the post in which you accuse me of "Innuendo, speculation and conspiracy theory" is backed up with public record and contemporaneous news reports.

The CIA, the NSA, the FBI have all given evidence before congress of Russian meddling in the 2016 election. 

Congress has passed a bill of sanctions against Russia for that meddling. 

 

Trump has refused to sign that bill into law

Trump has refused to authorise action to prevent further Russian meddling. 

 

Engage with the question: Why do you think Trump is refusing to act against Russia?

I engaged with it. And I came to the conclusion that Trump knows it's an almighty red herring which is being used by his enemies against him.
