Russia and Cambodia in nuclear talks

Cambodian and Russian government officials met in Moscow on Tuesday and agreed on “accelerating the establishment of the Nuclear Energy Information Center” in the Kingdom.

 

They also agreed to cooperate on constructing the centre, and on the sort of training Cambodia would need to receive from Russia in order to establish it, although the requirements were not specified in a brief statement posted on the Ministry of Environment’s official Facebook page.

In other parts of the world this would be called a "library."

The NEIC is more likely a way to disguise nefarious Russian funding to the Cambodian government for continued evolvement towards a more one-party regime.
