After a second look I see the tourist police are studying the wrong section of pipe. They thought they were collecting 'lady juice' (or 'man juice') samples but the fluid could be anything. Seagull droppings, dog pee, turtle wax; could be anything. I don't think they will find the couple. Soon blow over.

Friend misunderstood when she said she wanted to meet the seamen. 

The guy was just sunning his dong on Dongtan beach and decided to get "family friendly" for a minute.  Or maybe he's a surfer who imagined he was surfing a grower at Banzai Pipeline.  (A grower is a tube that starts small, but ends up bigger by the end of it. )

Is Thailand not the world HUB of sex tourism.... Thailand should be proud..

Anyway.... of cause you should respect the codex for good behaviour.

  I don't have a family and I go to Pattaya and like it a lot.  One can't swim in the water, so I guess some people find other things to do on the beach!
