Non-B VISA Transfer

Hi,

 

If I processed my non-b visa using the documents of "A" company and decided to pursue with another ("B") company. Is it possible to apply for work permit using "A" company docs and "B" company for work permit.

It would not be a problem unless the embassy or consulate wrote the company name on your visa when they issued it.

No docs for company ‘A’ could be used to apply for a work permit for company ‘B’. But there shouldn’t be any problem applying for a work permit for company ‘B’ using the non ‘B’ visa you entered country with.
