Hi everybody, general query, having to do my yearly company accounts for the house, normally I just go to the bank and get a statement for the year for the company bank account, this time they would not give me one without certain documents for the house, spoke to my lawyer and he says I will have to get an affidavit to updated My details on the company ownership, anyone else own a house this way and has there been any changes recently, any help would bbe appreciated, cheers 

No recent changes, the company "updating"  is required for a number of things regarding company owned houses

 

I had to have mine updated in order to obtain water from Pattaya Water authority, at the mandatory commercial rate I might add
